Buffalo Wild Wings

Spicy Garlic wings are great! I always feel like I need tr o split my small traditional wings up for the kitchen so they dont get soggy though. Potato wedges are great as well. The reason for the 3 stars is because the way your host stand is, there is always a 5 minute wait to even get someone to come seat you. NEVER see a manager on the floor interacting with guests. And we come EVERY week on different days. You'd think if some of the waitresses know us by name, you'd have at least one interaction with a manager with how often we are in this location.

Drove all the way across town to eat here tonight. On the door, they posted that they were enforcing a $10 cover charge AFTER 8 p.m. because they were showing the fight. Once inside they said we had to pay $10 even though it was 7:45 because we would be in the building past 8. We asked if the other location was the same way and the hostess snapped that the closest location that did not charge tonight was Joplin, Missouri. Once we were turned down, we called other locations around the state and they are also showing the fight and NOT charging a cover. One location even thought we were joking when asking about a cover charge! So we’re currently eating at Buffalo Wings & Rings and the fight is on Tv with no cover charge. Will never eat at BWW again. If they really wanted to charge extra for viewing the fight, they could have had normal seating as well for people who just wanted to eat in the restaurant.

BWW is always good. Service wasn't bad, on the first trip. But we stopped with a group. The place wasnt that busy and it took us over and hour to get our food for a table of 11. The waitress didnt even take a plate off our table.
